Rapid Rewards members can check the status of their account at Southwest.com or through the Southwest mobile app at any time of the day or night. Just enter your account number and password to see your account, book reward and companion travel, see upcoming trips, set your personal preferences, and more.
Members can also call 1-800-445-5764 to get general account information from the Rapid Rewards voice response system.
How do I sign in to my Southwest.com account?
On the Southwest.com home page, click login at the top to get to your Rapid Rewards account. Type in your Rapid Rewards username or account number and password.
Step 1: Login Go to the Settings page. Put your device in “Airplane Mode,” and then turn on your WiFi.
Step 2: Select SouthwestWiFi from your device’s list of WiFi networks. There will be a link to www.southwestwifi.com on the new page, or you can choose to copy the URL. You can click on the link or copy it into your browser.
Step 3: Type www.southwestwifi.com into the address bar if the In-Flight Entertainment Portal doesn’t load automatically.

Drinks and snacks on board
On flights over 250 miles, you can get free snacks and drinks that don’t contain alcohol. On flights to and from Hawaii, you can get extra snacks.
The drink menu is on the In-Flight WiFi Portal, so you can order drinks without touching anything. To keep your mask on, just zoom in on the picture of the drink you want and show it to your flight attendant when it’s time to order.
How do I change the name on my Rapid Rewards account?
If you need to fix a spelling error on your Rapid Rewards account, please visit https://www.southwest.com/html/contact-us/index.html?clk=6099032. But if you legally changed your name, send us a copy of either:
- Marriage license
- Divorce decree
- An old photo ID from the government and a new photo ID from the government
These details should also be included in your paperwork.
